Deleting your account

You can delete your Raw to Slab account yourself from Settings, on the website or in either mobile app. Confirm with your password, or with your username if you signed up with Google or Apple and never set one.

Deleting removes your account, every card record, every photo and its file, your watchlist, saved collections and listing records, and every signed-in session. A subscription you pay for on our website is cancelled first, so you are not charged again. A plan bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, and deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, or billing continues.
