Raw to Slab is built and run by one person, and email is the whole support channel: admin@rawtoslab.ai. Include the card's name and number, or your username, and a screenshot if you have one.
Plans and billing are self-serve in Settings, deleting your account is self-serve in Settings, and the grading calculator needs no account at all.
